Fulfillment Policy
Upon successfully selecting your plan and entering your credit card information, you will gain access to your new account immediately. If you have selected to have onboarding help, please allow up to 7-days for our team to schedule and complete this process.
We believe in providing flexibility and transparency. Our services operate on a no-contract basis, meaning you can cancel anytime for any reason. There are no cancellation fees or penalties—your subscription will simply stop charging, and you will lose access to the software at the end of your current billing cycle.
All month-to-month subscriptions are
non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
If you purchase a full-year subscription, you may be eligible for a partial refund under the following conditions:
If canceled before six (6) months of use, you are eligible for a refund of up to 50% of the total subscription cost, minus a $100 return credit fee. If canceled after six (6) months of use, the subscription becomes non-refundable.
Month-to-month subscribers will retain access until the end of their current billing period. Full-year subscribers who cancel before six months will have their service terminated immediately upon refund processing.
